Elemental Blade: Sand by Unkn0wnfear Elemental Blade: Sand by Unkn0wnfear
Of My Elemental Blade Series, This is the elemental blade of Sand.

I struggled for a long time thinking how this blade would look.. and I had just finished the rest of the weapon when it hit 4 am and decided i should go to bed. Then lying in bed, a shape came to me. I took out a sheet of paper and sketched the general idea. By 5 am I found the perfect base for the blade. The Blade draws its power from extremely powerful sand jets brought to life with ancient magic. I spent a lot of time on this blade and added a lot of detail. I tried to keep an eastern theme going and gave the blade a lot Egyptian-style decor.

It's amazing how we artists will ponder an idea or design, then its true form pops in our head at the oddest of times. I can relate. Awesome blade by the way! I was looking it up thinking about my username.

Judging from the designs on the grip and gaurd, the element, and curve of the blade I would put the origin somewhere in the middle-east, perhaps...........Turkey?

ohhh, nice design. it's very original and that's what I love most about it. I would suggest toning down the background as it draws away from the focus of the sword, but that's just my opinion

Yeah, You can see it better in it's Alternate Colored version. As far as my backgrounds go, this one is already pretty toned down. Its really hard to find an even duller one lol. It might have to just be Papyrus or some sort of Parchment. Do you think that would work?

Just posted the Elemental Blade of Ice. Check it out :)

I think it would, plus if you have an editing program you could turn down the opacity

If I have an editing program? How else would I have made the swords? O_o....
